What is in store for Mat?

I was just wondering, what is going to happen to Mat in aMoL. Here's what I know...

 

1) He has to save Moiraine

2) He has to blow the Horn of Valere at the Last Battle

3) He has to deal with the fact that he is Lord of the Ravens (or something like that) and with Tuon

 

Just wondering what everyone else thinks will happen.

1. Thom, Mat, and Noal will save Moiraine from the Eelfinn, at some point costing Mat one eye, most likely as part of a bargain but possibly just as a wound during the rescue.

 

2. Verin will get the Horn to him, either because she has some secret information about

where he will be, or because she'll bring it to Rand and let Rand find him.  He'll blow it at a crucial juncture during one part of the Last Battle, and the Heroes will save the day wherever they are at the time.

 

3. While Tuon's ascension to Empress probably means his title is no longer Prince of the Ravens, he will certainly have to adapt to being a person of great power in the Empire as the Imperial Consort, whatever the specific title actually is.  He will almost certainly be given command of all or a special part of the Ever Victorious Army.  He and Perrin will both be influential in brokering a post Tarmon Gaidon peace between the Seanchan and the nations of Randland (whoever is left).  After things have settled a bit, Mat will probably accompany Tuon back to Seanchan to reclaim what can be reclaimed there (which will produce what RJ believes will be an interesting story some 5 to 10 years after Tarmon Gaidon.  I'll certainly buy the book.  ;D )
