We all know the Forsaken are dangerous because of their strength in the Power—but which of them was actually the best strategist over the course of the series?

Was it Ishamael, manipulating the world for three thousand years? Graendal, with her psychological webs? Demandred, playing an entirely separate war? Or someone else quietly pulling strings while the others grabbed headlines? Do you have a special ranking list, who would outperform all the others?

Well, since none of them won in the end, but at least Ishi lasted for 3000 years, I would give the price to him.

They also all had to do what they were told, and be careful not to step on anyone else's toes among the Chosen. The main seemed to be trying to do whatever they were doing undetected. Sammael and Rahvin seemed to have solid plans, but they were obvious targets for the other Chosen and the forces of the Light.

I would go with graendal for using compulsion on the great captains during LB.

Has to be Ishamael. Was made Nae'Blis so clearly the Dark One thinks so too, Ishi always knew the gameplan was to turn the dragon reborn and convince them to end the pattern and that was incredibly close to happening. Arguably the only Forsaken that genuinely understood that if the Dark One finally succeeded than the wheel would be destroyed and it would all end, the glory the other Forsaken are dreaming will be theirs (even their 'immortality') when they 'win' is a complete lie, Ishamael is the only one who can see clearly while the rest have been well and truly fooled.
