There will be a Halo edition of the 360,  a messenger kit, new colors for the wireless controller, and games coming out for windows.

Microsoft's Games for Windows initiative is set to deliver its strongest Windows portfolio lineup ever this holiday. I've played GoW and it was awesome on the 360.  the graphics will be about the same if not better but the game play shouldn't change unless they did new stuff for the PC release.

 

It is like when they released halo and halo2 for PC.
