i see the blue has a collar and leash attached to the green

 

Yeah, it's (spoiler for The Great Hunt) 

a sul'dam (Renna?) leashing Egwene, and it's High Lady Suroth in the palanquin, not the Amyrlin.

. But that comment was hilarious. :laugh:
