I agree with you. There are some really good animations out there. WOT can be adapted into one too.

I agree with you 100%. The serial destroyed the lore. It is in the same boat as The witcher. There is one good thing from this fiasco. More people are buying the books now. 1 on 1 adaptation is imposible. Cuts are inevitable BUT following the story important. Hollywood studios must understand that it is quite easy to lose money when the audience starts voting with their wallets.

There is nothing to be saved. 80 million per season is a lot of money. Who knows how much for season 3. Don't expect anything the next 20 years -
Not being able to stay in the top 10 after the 3rd episode shows how much the viewership dropped. A badly adapted source material deservers cancelation.
