I have a passion for expression in many forms such as music and writing. I have been a metal musician for 15 years now, as well as music theory and vocal skills.

The Culinary Arts are also a great passion. I love fresh food and believe in the Slow Food movement. Great food nourishes more then your body, but your spirit!

I am also a lover of wine(mostly from Italy, but I will try anything), amaro, the italian liqueur that is bitter and there is many of them, and craft beer. Of course such things need to be in moderation as to not let your body become controlled by the ill effects. But boy are they tasty!

Over the last five months, I have dedicated myself to a bodybuilding lifestyle in training and dieting( and of course the holidays you fall of the path a bit!) At this point I feel great and look better then I did at 21!
