why does Dices pm say the Acolyte knows ALL the Order members? but zander  who was the acolyte apparently didn't know this? and DID apparently read HIS PM as hard as that is to believe?

 

Who DID zander know of? did he have any clues on how to  pick them out that are different to the order members?

Not fully, but he's not a large question mark.

 

Crusher and Marsh need to be figured out first.  Then AJ.  Then possibly Tiinker and Amega if the game is still not a lock.
