Diablo 3 - Console

I've got it and love it.  Also have computer issues so I didn't play it there to compare.  Played mostly with Demon Hunter and everything is great, little less so with Barbarian but still very good.  Haven't spent enough time with the other classes to get a good opinion on it.

I have been playing the game with my bro in local co-op and it's definitely way better than the PC version of the game. The action house is gone, the controls feel smoother, and the loot is personalized for your characters. The only negative thing I can think of compared to the original PC game is the look of the menu and inventory system, but they still came up with a good solution for the problem that comes with porting a PC game to the console imo. I have played D3 on the PC when it first came out and got my Demon Hunter to Inferno difficulty, but I got bored of being so reliant on farming and checking the action house all the time to continue. I liked D2 a lot more, but D3 is still a decent game and it's a lot more fun playing the game with a friend on the couch.

have it for console and LOVE it.  by far one fo the single best local 2 person co-ops outside of the shooter realm.

Bubba and have been playing this for about a month now.  replay value is ultra high and the story is enjoyable.  the randomized dungeons keep it fresh and theres little lag or problems I can think of outside of the loot sharing and inventory management.

inventory management takes up a fair amount of time, but the junk quick action helps with that and the quick sale, and repair feature are awesome as well.   figuring out the inventory took a bit of time (like what armor is better) and the quick travel back to town is ultra usefull.   the only real down side is the length of the story (rather shrot imo) and the lack of any real deep dungeons (at least out of paragram mode, haven't gottern there yet, we're still on Nightmare)

playing on Nromal though is ultra easy.  we're on Master 1 and hard setting and its a bit more challenging, but that's fun.

I got Diablo 3 on day of release for the 360.  I have to say that this is one of the hardest games to put down.  Completed the game with the Demon Hunter, now on 2nd playthrough with him on inferno.  The wizard does some sick damage, just started act 3 on hardcore with her. Don't think much to the monk though. I found that class rather weak and I kept dying.  Barbarian is the class of choice if you want up close and personal.  The Witch Doctor is by far the best spellslinger though with some great summons and ultra useful area effect spells.  I'm waiting with baited breath for the expansion (Lord of Death, or something like that).  Really want to get to grips with the Crusader class.  The addition of the dodge roll I thought was a nice touch over the PC version, though the in game menus are rather fiddly at times and targeting individual monsters is a bit tricky at first. Overall, it's possibly the best PC to console conversion I've played.

bumpage for this.

me and bubba put our PS3 online and we grind on this game all the time.  we started our monk and barbarian over, so we're now lv 54 & 53 in Hall mode (Master 3).   nothing hacked or modded though.

the PSN we play under is HickArmyBoy.  hit us up if you want to roll through together.   just put in the message invite that you're from DM XD
