Wtf? Why the hell would stealing from someone result in you seeing their QT?

If you steal a ROLE that's not the same as stealing an ABILITY. Again, I was told you could theoretically take over another account. Taking over an ACCOUNT means you see everything. When I asked that question, I didn't have the Mantis suit yet and didn't know such a mechanic existed.

Oh you're full of shit. There wouldn't have been any complications if A. this was the only alt [as we had assumed] and B. we didn't try to cover for the person that stole my cop ability then had said person puke up a bunch of shit they didn't and couldn't understand.

 

Anyone saying they wouldn't have vetted themselves if they thought they were the only alt in the game is straight up lying.

 

Obviously now that we know there are other alts out there, it doesn't mean anything. However, at the time I vetted myself I was under the impression I was the ONLY alt. So you guys lynch Jags, and scum kills Mantis thus ensuring Town has no mod confirmed Town. Great plan. In the mean time, ignore the fact that a cop role was stolen from Jags night 1. NIGHT ONE. Scum isn't going to start with a COP role.

 

There is also the important question of finding out if anyone had a Watcher role stolen night 1 because I have it in my furry little paws today.

 

 

How will scum kill Mantis without a Night Kill?  Based on previous scene it looks like scum only gets a kill when they catch someone stealing.

I thought of this earlier.  Except the opposite.  Would it work if we all posted, in thread, who we were going to steal from before doing so?  Would that tell us who mafia is?  Well, I'm guessing DPR is a good enough mod that he would have thought of that.  And counter it.  Maybe something like the Scooby gang can target somebody to see if they catch someone stealing from them.  Rather than only targeting themselves.

 

It may still be worth it though.  We could test it easily enough.

We need to achieve two lynches by day's end and that is going to be difficult.  With as big as Jag's train is, I think we should just lynch Jag at this point, his flip can confirm Mantis, and then we can move on.  Until we do Jag is going to dominate the discussion.
