A REAL newbie

This is my first time ever doing RP and it was suggested that I post here to get a bit of help in getting started.  I did R&U the rules, so I guess I'm good to go?  I'm going to do some reading on the boards here so I can get a feel for what is going on...don't want to blunder too badly my first day in!  Thanks in advance for all help and advice given.

Do you have a feel of which group you'd like to join up with? While all groups are great, it's best to start off with 1 character to get a feel of the RP scene and go from there :)

 

Feel free to post with questions or ideas and be ready for some of us to bribe offer to come by our boards....
