Min's vision regarding Rand's hand!

I need some confirmation or information regarding the above topic.

My memory is a bit sketchy at best but i do remember readings in one of the latter books about Rand holding Calandor with the hand that was damaged.

Min saw this as a hand on onix, could this hand be a terangreal?
