don't you dare bring meta into a alt game as good reasoning. I've been purposely ignoring any meta talk. That's partially why I haven't been as active. Any time people bring it up I start glazing it over and ignoring it. I don't know who you were and don't want to know.

I'm going to side with Lanfear on this one, Belal. Bringing meta into an alt game is worse than useless. You end up with players like Graendal/EP, who was probably the most frustrating thing about reading this game. Town or not, I'm glad that I don't have to play with him in the game.

In a sense, it is. You're asking us to judge your actions based on your actions from your previous time in, or your "first life." In an alt game, where the idea is that nobody knows who you are, telling everybody who you are is meta-gaming.

No. I refuse to vote for either Belal or Balth without a case from Lanfear and Aginor. A look at our playerlist would suggest that Aginor, Balth, or possibly Belal are our last scumster. If none of you three turn up with a decent case within 24 hours - and it can be done in half an hour if you actually take the time to read the fricken thread - then I suggest we just lynch from the top down. Whaddaya say?

I can tell you my two biggest suspicions right now, then get back to you with actual cases as soon as I have the time to sit down and actually make them.

 

Aginor is pinging me because of his staunch refusal to provide an actual case.

 

Belal is starting to ping me because of his insistence on using meta-gaming to try to prove his innocence in-game instead of using evidence to build cases. I refer you to the conversation on page 62.

I've been using this game as an experiment. I wanted to test the theory that vocal players get lynched and lurkers survive. Seems to work. I'm surprised I lasted this long to be honest.

 

I do believe that Bath is the last scum. No great insight, just tidbits here and there.

Well, this is a deadline game, but Red didn't give us a deadline that time. It took five votes to lynch yesterday, and so it should take four today, which we have; we just need Red to turn up, now, I guess.
