I haven't been able to get any farther in my reread than I got last night so I don't actually know if I think Ishy's been playing scummy at all or not, but if Dashiva's lying, that's on his head tomorrow.

 

A couple of interesting things to note about Graendal now. First, she (because I'm refusing to acknowledge meta and the like) was arguing against Moridin's fake claim being mod-given due to how it was incorrect. I don't recall if she said that she didn't think any fake claims would be mod-given, but that's the impression I was getting. Now all of a sudden she's calling Ishy's claim a fake, mod-given claim. I suppose there's the possibility that the mafia learned from Moridin's mistake and asked Red for a fake claim, but with how specific all the role PMs seem to be, I'd imagine if they were going to fake claim they'd ask for one from Red right from the beginning.

 

Anyway, I just think it's odd that at the first correct-sounding claim from someone who as far as we know is scum, Graendal's changed her tune. A lot of what I make of this personally will depend on how Ishamael flips. But I find it odd.

 

And then someone else mentioned this, how Graendal said anyone who doesn't vote Ishamael is scum. That's a total terrorist technique, Graendal. I get the basic point behind it, but there are plenty of scenarios where someone town might honestly believe lynching Ishy is the wrong thing to do.

 

And yeah, I liked Graendal's play a lot better before she started using her identity as an excuse to go wild. Now she's a big distraction and I honestly don't see how people can say that the only reason there could possibly be for lynching her is because we think she's scum. I'm not the only one who's said that if she's town, she'd be a good info lynch AND get rid of a huge distraction that we really don't need.

 

Anyway, at Cyndane's comment about having her eye on me: You and everyone else, darling. I was probably one of the only people bummed out when Dashiva said he hadn't actually viewed me. I'm basically back at square one. :P

I had so many different ideas about how I was going to "go about" this thing.. My main idea was to throw in some wifom that would be confirmed when I was nightkilled, so hopefully they wouldn't go through with it. I really want to survive through the night xP

 

But this was how it settled, so yes Demadred, this could have been played alot different. But this approach seemed good enough..

Sorry I've been a little absent guys, I'm in quite a few mafia games atm and every time I came to this thread to try to catch up, all the words would start blending together. Plus, I'm fairly lazy, so signing in on an alt to post often discourages me from actually posting. Caught up to now tho.

My case on Graen stands on its own and is based on Graen's gameplay. If Dashiva has bagged Ishy, all credit goes to him - I haven't really noticed Ishy because he hasn't posted much. As far as SH goes, I just never bought into the "we have to be afraid of the GodFather!" thing that some people were trying to sell. I figure SH will be under a FOS the entire game, and will not be effective in any argument because of it, and I never got a big ping off of him, so I decided to scum-hunt elsewhere. Having said that, your alarms may be going off full-force, in which case you should put that out there and let others see what they can make of it - he isn't Finder confirmed anymore, so he's as up for review as anybody else.

I've been trying to come up with a logical reason not to lynch me, but everything kinda falls apart. You lynch me, you get confirmation of Dashiva's standing in the game and you get a good place to start tomorrow. More importantly, you don't get a lynch on a roled player. I'm not even going to fight this one, it makes too much sense.

I was trying to be clear so that I didn't get spun by DJ Graen. I still have a gut town read on SH, but I didn't draw a connection between Ishy and Graen. And I'm open to any and all of your casing for obvious reasons.

I should add that I was surprised when ishy voted me, and was suspicious of that, but prior to that I have notes connecting Moggy and Graen anf Moggy and Demandred. I just didn't register ishy because he hadn't contributed much. Lurker.
