Breaking Dawn Part 1. I wasn't gonna see it; haven't been thrilled with the other movies, to say the least. But I've heard a couple of songs from the soundtrack and they've gotten stuck in my head and it's just one of those things... XD I broke. XD I heard the acting was better this time around, so I figured I'd give it a shot. It wasn't BAD, although it looked like the person who put it up recorded it in the theater. XD It was a bit dim. The acting WAS better (not hard, really XD). I liked parts of it. I didn't totally hate Kristen and Rob, so that was a plus. I prefer the books, though.

Finish Alloy of Law, and then tackle the numerous books I've picked up but haven't opened yet.... I got a bunch of books for a quarter apiece at the local library in Nauvoo, plus the Borders going out of business sale.... I just got a few books at B&N the other day, so yeah. XD Rereads are not where it's at right now.

The first thing I read by Tad Williams was Tailchaser's Song, and then my ex recommended I read Otherland, so I did...so I figured I'd try some more of his stuff.

Skybreaker by Kenneth Oppel (I haven't read Airborn in YEARS, but I hope that things will come back to me--if not, our library has it if I need to brush up XD)

 

I picked up Airborn years ago, LOVED IT (Oppel is fantastic; I first read him when I picked up his Silverwing books, which are AMAZING), but never got my hands on the rest of the books. So here I am, years later, finding out what happens next. XD
