New DL Needed

As many of you are aware, Sil has stepped down as DL and so we need to find someone to replace her. Above all else there are two qualities we are looking for in a DL.First is commitment. Running any Division is a drain on a persons time, so ask yourself this, do i have the time to do this? If the answer is yes, then the second requirement is this.
