I've done the impossible. I have been a Wheel of Time addict since 1990, and am on my 5th reread of the series. My wife of 11 years has silently dealt with my addiction all these years without complaint or judgment. Then, a little over a week ago, she mentioned that she wanted to start reading a good series. For the 50th time, I mentioned that I had a good gateway drug called The Eye of the World. Anticipating the coming explosion, I was dumbfounded when she accepted and picked up the book and lit up beside me. I never thought this day would come. Now I'm just dealing with the fact that I have doomed my wife to a life of addiction

I have gotten two friends to start reading the books as well, they are not as big fans as I am, but still :P
