Think it through again, guys. 17 when she went off to become a Hunter for the Horn, making her 19-20 now.

 

Except Faile specifically thinks otherwise. Granted, it's remotely possible she misjudged Ewin's age, but he isn't just someone she met on the street. Given her position, and relationships with the village council and women's circle, I'd think she'd have a good idea on how old people are.

 

Incidently, Egwene was ~16 when the series started (18 in ACos), and the Women's Circle had decided she was old enough to marry.
