Thanks for the interest, Chris (Arkelias)! Sure it is open. The link is on the Illuminator Org and I forgot about that. Let me copy and paste the info here for those outside of teh Illuminators to see too.

Now that Anthology has finally been completed, here is the (amended) schedule for this year. It is a condensed schedule due to starting so late.

Deadline for Quarterly Review #1: May 31, 2009 for publication on June 15, 2009.

Deadline for Quarterly Review #2: July 31, 2009 for publication on August 15, 2009.

Deadline for Quarterly Review #3: September 30, 2009 for publication on October 15, 2009

Deadline for Quarterly Review #4: November 30, 2009 for publication on December 15, 2009

Aim publication date for Short Story Anthology vol. III: February 2010

Submission Guidlines:

Stories may be any genre (Sci-fi, Fantasy, Romance, Mystery, Horror, etc...)

Stories must range between 5,000 and 10,000 words. Stories outside of this wordcount can appear in the Quarterly but will not be eligible for the year end Anthology. This policy may be amended at the discretion of the Editorial Staff so if you have a great 12,500 word story (or an awsome 2,000 short story), submit anyways. However, preference will be given to those stories that fall within the 5,000 - 10,000 range.

We also accept artwork which can be about any subject. Collaborations between artists and writers are encouraged. While color looks good in the Quarterly, only B&W can go in the eyar end publication due to Cafepress restrictions. Please keep this in mind. A color piece may have to be grayscaled if you want it in the year end Anthology.

Due to my yahoo address killing my internet connection, we will return to original address for submissions: dm.anthology@gmail.com
