It seems to me that Min was thinking of an unknown dead woman; not anyone specific.

 

Like I posted other times; known identities are identified by name, never by description.

Since this viewing has a description for the person, I shall assume that Min does not know who will fulfill it.

 

Moiraine might fulfill this, but she will need to return from death first.
