I thought this might be a good topic of conversation as this genre is sometimes overlooked in thinking about movies. I just finished The Machinist and I would highly recommend this movie to anyone that likes this genre. It was a little disturbing but brilliantly directed. I like when I can think back on a movie and see how evertything connects.

 

Anyway, on to the discussion. What movies would you group in this category? Which one kept you up at night trying to make all the connections? Here are a few of mine...

American Psycho - I actually have not seen this entire movie yet... sad
