If you go to the bottom of any post, you'll see a window with an arrow beside it.  Click on it to see a listing of the different places you can go in Dragonmount.  One option is "Wagons of the Tuatha'an".  Once there, you'll see a list which should include the post mentioned above.  Again, sorry for the oversight on my part.

As for what happens when two Tinker groups meet, all the men go out on the lash and the women throw an Anne Summers party
