I have a crazy (nuthouse) idea, but am almost afraid to mention it. I has to do with more mafia than innocents, and their alignements switched on reveal. Anyone else seeing this?

Listen, we can come up with countless theories, but the fact is, we won't learn anything unless we lynch someone.

 

Now, don't get me wrong, we can't just rush this lynch, but we shouldn't lose ourselves in what something "might" mean.

Well, it's anti-climatic now, but I guess so.

 

On page 58, post 10, I made an "out of persona" post. If you count the words (characters counting as words) the numbers one, thirthy-nine, and sixty (which I spelled out in the post) are "I KILLED MESAANA". But I got blocked. I had to reveal because my role is used up, and Mesaana will be looking for retribution, except I am innocent!  So only a mafia would kill me! If there is a healer, please take this into consideration!

I won’t have much time to post over the next few days, but I’ll check in when I can. Everyone seems to be a bit over cautious, and while I understand that they are trying not to get killed, they are also not adding to the game by not posting. So far a few of us have built cases, Mesaana doing the best job yet. Why don’t some of the inactive players jump in and do the same? I for one, do no think it’s necessary to come up with thirty-nine different reasons to vote or unvote somebody before we go to the next lynch. I have to agree with Moggy, almost sixty pages is way to long to have only made it as far as we have.  Let’s get on with it!

That is such a crock. I listed the numbers, then spelled it out and listed the numbers "one". "thirty-nine", and sixty in the same qoute.  If you think you can do this, be my guest. But do it before I vote for you after we get rid of Mesaana. :)

Well I spent way more time than I expected at the airport today. I have to read everything that went on today after I get a good night's sleep. At the moment I'm leaning towards Mesaana as the more evil and will post all about it tomorrow.

Innocent/Evil = alignment

Role = Role

 

Being Mafia has nothing to do with being roled. If "everyone" has a role, then it's likely that even the mafia do as well.

 

I guess it comes down to who is lying. Is Mesaana lying about who she blocked, or is Balthamel lying about his entire role & being blocked...one is a potentially teeny lie, one is a potentially HUGE lie.

 

Need to choose one though. Gotta go with [glow=red,2,300]Mesaana[/glow].

Messy, if you're innocent you really need to calm down and read what people are really saying instead of twisting everything that is said and done the way you want it. You think we don't get half of what you're saying? We. Get. It. We just don't believe you. Okay?

Mesaana, why is it that if you are telling the truth, Balth is lying. You both could be telling the truth and you both could be lying. As we have no information on roles on death, there could be anything out there.

 

I still have other suspicions, but right now I'm going to go for [glow=red,2,300]Mesaana[/glow], I would rather test who's innocent out of the two of you. So I will go with a role blocker rather than lynch someone who could possible be more useful and hopefully can still check out their alignment if we have a finder.

 

I had said before that there maybe another 50/50 finder/healer, but what if there isn't, maybe Semi was the full healer, and there is/was a full finder. Lets hope they aren't dead already

Like I already said, Ishy, I've put in hints to my role since the beginning: Aran'gar noticed in her review she thought it strange, and yestereve, when it was too late to wait for another roleblocker to show up, I put the capitallised letters. So, if your 'proof' of role counts, so does mine.

 

Indeed we could both be innocent, like I already said: if the other roleblocker is dead (or evil).

 

I just wonder: as an evil, why would I go for Balthamel? I've defended him all through day 1 & 2, have been accused of even teaming up with him!! Yet, there ís a basic lie in his statements. I just hope some of you will 'see the light' before Barmy shows up. If not, well, you'll believe me soon enough. Problem is: if the other roleblocker is dead already, you'll probably lynch Balth tomorrow, and we'll have lost.

 

I just don't get what's more believable about Balthamel's case than about mine. Balthamel just needed a very good reason to convince all of you not to vote him, but give the final vote to Graendal. Why would I have falsely role-revealed?

If there is another finder they should look at Balth tonight. I don't want to risk us being the second team to become victims of a Kivam gambit. And as Balth is probably still high on many suspicion lists whatever happens, I'm sure he'll appreciate there being someone out there who can put him on the confirmed list when and if they reveal. Everyone keep your roles quiet unless you can shed light on the situation. Even if they've been used. Every role reveal narrows the field for them. We don't want that.

 

As for the day-kills: they were the first two to post after dawn. It could just be that the 'trap' was laid at that time, after the blanket roleblock was lifted, but the timing makes this unlikely. I think dawn was the trigger, but they were not necessarily night actions - could it have been sent in the previous day? I don't know, night seems to be the logical choice for it to be sent in. I'm going to go back and look at the timing.
