Hello everyone, I am called Jeppit Groccin, but you can call me Jep.

I have been a fan of the Wheel of Time for 5 years now, and I've read through the series twice in that span.

Other than WoT I am a big fan of R.A. Salvatore's Drizzt books and Weis & Hickman's Dragonlance series, and I have recently begun reading Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth novels (which seem to have a lot of central ideas in common with WoT).

I'm also big into movies, but mostly movies that have come out in the past 5 years, since that's when I began being around and working in a movie theatre. Movies are a lot more fun when you don't have to pay to see them.

Anyway, I hope to be a regular of these forums and hope to get to know you all well.

Hello Jep :)

Lucky you... watching films for free must be great. What's been your favourite over that period? Maybe you are a LotR fan as well??? Those are definately at the top of my list.

Have fun browsing the forum and getting to know people. Most of us seem to have favourite places to hang out at. Mine are the book discussions (please vote on the Asmodean thread  ), the debates and definately Fiddlesticks (the ultimate spam threads!).

But it's worth having a look at the Orgs and the RP side too. I just don't have the time to do them all *sigh*

See you around!!

The name is one I though up for a novel I am currently attempting to write. It's the name for the main character.

With my current pace, expect the book around 2010 if at all

and my favorite movie of the past few years is probably Sin City. The seemingly random splashes of color among the black and white movie along with a great plot just worked for me.

other than that, yea LotR are always great movies, I actually went to Trilogy Tuesday. That was where a local movie theatre showed all thee LotR movies back-to-back the day before the third one was released nationwide. Fellowship and Two Towers were shown as the extended edition. The whole thing took 12.5 hours of awesomeness.
