I've been wanting to see this movie for quite some time.  I missed it when it was released her in the US and the boys got together to see it.

Anyways, I bought it with my Birfday Best Buy Gift Card and I have to say that I was not disappointed.  Well, actually, my tiny 19 inch TV screen disapointed me, but that's not the movie's fault.

As a dancer, I find that I love watching Martial Arts movies because the movement, much like dance, is often beautifully done.  The choreography of the Muay Thai style of fighting was no exception.  There were many scenes in the movie that flat out astonished me with the Wow factor.  The slide under the truck bit being the coolest in my mind.  And I"ve never actually seen Muay Thai fighting before, so I enjoyed seeing a different style for once.  I mean, all the elbow usage was something I could relate to.  I used to use the All Powerful Elbow at concerts when stupid chicks thought they could get away with ramming themelsves into me to weasle up to the front barracade.  hehehe.

The other cool thing is that it seemed as though the fighters in the fighting match scenes were actual fighters of some kind.  It kinda made me want to figure out who they were and what kind fo fighting they do.  But then i remembered that I only like the fake, choreographed fighting where the blood's not real and people's brains don't get sloshed all around in their heads.  hehehe.

Ditto, absolutely. It's one of my favorite things about these movies. I will check this one out!

oh yeah, I guess that really depends on how you're viewing the movie.  For me, I could care less about a lot of the plot.  I was just interested in the movement.  So the replays didn't bother me.  But I can totally see how that would be annoying to someone who was watching the movie for the movie's sake and plot and such.
