IAN TREGILLIS is the author of seven critically acclaimed novels including The Milkweed Triptych (Bitter Seeds, The Coldest War, and Necessary Evil), Something More Than Night, and the Alchemy Wars trilogy (The Mechanical, The Rising, and The Liberation). His short fiction has appeared in numerous venues including The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction, Popular Science, Apex, and Subterranean Press Magazine. His fiction has been reprinted in the Best Science Fiction and Fantasy of the Year and Best New Horror anthologies.

A member of the Wild Cards Consortium, he penned six episodes of Serial Box Publishing's groundbreaking series The Witch Who Came In From The Cold. He lives in New Mexico with his wife and cat, where he consorts with writers, scientists, and other rogues.
