STARLA: exactly how do you know none of the sul'dam were dark friends?? That makes no sense. Theres no way the seanchan have to differentiate people who have sworn to the shadow vs good people. The aes sedai have the oaths. Along with several other layers of defense against this happening, yet 25%+ of the white tower was Black Ajah. So... Youre thinking NO sul'dam were turned to the shadow?? #1- Lady Suroth was obedient to Ishamael. And while shes not a sul'dam, she commands thousands of them, essentially making all of them, following her orders, darkfriends.#2- darkfriends, if i recall arent just sworn of their own volition. Isnt there a way for 13 channelers and a Myrdraal to 'turn' someone forcibly to the dark??. Just asking questions/friendly debate. Please correct me if im wrong about anything, ive read the books, but a loooong time ago, and the show adaptation is taking precedent in my memory.
