I hope they show Perrin's more intellectual side in this season, I think they have dumbed his character down quite a bit. I want more of the struggle between war and peace and the inner monologue that goes on within him. The contrast with Tinkers was great but it never really got anywhere for him I would love for him to talk about the meaning of tools and blacksmithing in general. It kind of got lost in translation I understand that it was cut for other sequences. His answers hint that he does understand that side of Perrin.
