  1. Indeed I will, But then Ill have to wait over a year once done with kod. Iplan on reading mistborn before KOD though...
  2. Thanks, I do remember talking of stopping trade, but don't recall the turning it into cuellinder... So were both of those sisters that got killed previously served this purpose. Seems a bit unlike Egwene to say screw it all, Ill do it myself... and fail..
  3. Thats it? I did read it, granted I probably didnt pay as close attention as I could have. But most of the book I heard nothing bout it. So no help out here? Even what chapters to focus on.. ???
  4. I just finished Crossroads of twilight, and I do see why some people don't like it as much as the rest. but besides... The last chapter kind of confused me, granted I was probably distracted but I dont understand the issue of Bode and Egwene and Northharbor, Is that the harbor off of the city where the White tower is. Why did Egwene go there. and whats the Deal with Bode. I just seem to have gotten confused at this part. And I cannot even think of the betrayer... Without any spoilers, Ive only read through 10, thank you 8)
  5. hmm. I have read the theories on why it can't be a male forsaken, but what about a gholam, or Arangar?.. that is unless the Dark Lords power isnt felt like normal saidin.
  6. After rereading the sentence when he dies I remember, but I cannot recall the details. All i know is that after the balefire was used to kill rahvin, aviendha, asmodean and others were brought back to life, as if they never died. Now i do not recall where asmodean went after that, or for what reason.
  7. I've noticed a lot of talk about Asmodean, and I wonder why the big deal, Take into consideration I just Finished Crown of Swords, so please no spoilers, but I thought that when Rand went to fight Rahvin, that Balefire brought his friends back to life. I do not recall what happened to this character. I take it that I will know in the next couple books? I do not even remember the character dying? Maerirn
  8. A whole book in one or two days? damn. kudos. I read much slower than i would like to. Usually at night, ill read from 11-12:30, sometimes earlier, usually around 2hrs,and only get about 60pages through. Well there are distractions, but i dont think i could read one whole WOT book in one or two days, maybe if i had the whole day to read

  10. Thanks for the warm welcomes. It astounds me that people are rereading the WOT series. Like i said I started them in early 2005, and am on book 7 for the first time. I dont know how i could reread this series any time soon, as there are soo many other books out there that need reading. I was especially surprised to hear that one of the members reads the whole series once a year!. I was always the fast reader in my household but i guess i dont compare to you folks. How long does it usually take you guys to read one book. For me, its at least a week, more like 9 days if i have a chance to read every night. If i dont, its much longer.
  11. Hey everybody, after frequently checking RJ's blog to see his updates, I looked abit around here and decided to join, don't know how active I'll be, but I'll sure try. Im currently almost done with Book 7, and remember reading the first one in Spring 2005. RJ has occupied a whole that previously only Tolkien has filled, now its both of them ;D
