I think part of the degree is also how things are for the characters in the end. Mat loves Tylin and is devastated at her loss for multiple reasons. I don't think he has any after effects such as PTSD or even bad memories. He has good memories of her after she was killed.
Morgaise however, we don't get any insight into what's going on in her head, but she is more obviously a victim of some really bad assault. We can only imagine that she has to keep her chin up because she's just trying to survive and not get clocked until she's safe and surrounded by allies again. I'm sure it will effect her for years if not until the end of her life.
So the dynamic of the outcomes here, makes me feel differently about the situations. I do think that Mat had some feelings about it, felt trapped at times and that made him cry. But, I don't think it made him a victim, he did think she was hot, he did like getting with Tylin, he even ended up liking the way she dressed him! After he left he wanted a bit of pace and made comments about that. Also, the way it was written was played for laughs. It's old fashioned, anyone watching something like this play out on TV would definitely get the ick, like pepi la pew gives. But it's cartoonish and in the end Mat is ok and doesn't have bad memories from it
