I don't understand everyone bitching about this love triangle.  There is no love triangle they even addressed it by the end of the episode.  It's just more weird fluff to create tension and whatever else.  They aren't actually going to make this a real thing.  You all seriously need to calm the wheel down.

I just want the story from the books but the story prophesied a male chosen one in a world where women held the power and that doesn't fit the message of men are bad and women are good so we must change the story because even in a universe where men who gain that universe's magic power are destined to go insane we still can't actually give men anything and we must make it clear that the chosen one can be a woman (regardless of how little narrative sense that makes).

 

I just want something, anything that actually fits the book and hasn't been corrupted to the point of being unrecognizable and losing everything that made it good in the books.

Holy neckbeards and incels!  The amount of hate regarding any bit of sexuality, real or perceived, is embarrassing.  The bond between a warder and Aes Sedai is on a whole other level of deep and meaningful.  They are clearly capable of having deep emotional ties and caring towards one another without having to be banging all the time.  Lan and Morraine have been together for a long time.  The scene on the bed and the look on their faces is one of caring deeply for each other and feeling each other's emotions. Settle down people for Wheels sake.
