I started my reread to late, so did not read until this past week.  I finished last night.  Chapter * The Last Battle* was awesome imho!!.  The start had me worried, but it soon had me in it's hands and I hated to put the book down.  A lot of unexpected things, and some things went how I thought they would.  I am going to reread it it again in a few days.

It seemd to me in this book beyond the last 2, you could see what was Brandon and what was Robert. 

Overall, this series will still rank #1 in my heart.   I thought the ending was very fitting based on how the book started!!  Would not have mined a little more peak in the future, but that is the way the Wheel weaves!!

"I am afraid I cannot allow that Toy" Does not matter how many times i read, and know it is coming. That line from Tuon makes me crack up so much.

I would much rather Read about Morgase than Elayne or Perrin any day!!  :)  As for Cadsuane,if Lews Therrin was intimated by her you can bet Rand would be wise to step lightly around her. 

The Tailsman of growing will not work in an stedding, the gates are always outside. I think its safe to say, that no Ter'Angreal or anything made to use power would work there.

Who can say for sure?  Myself, I think it is possible, but unlikley.  The reason I feel this is, Mat is more than likley tied to the wheel like Rand, he gets spun out when the wheel has need, Now Jordan had said even people tied to the wheel get spun out for mundane lives, so maybe he was Verins da.

Tuon's father was also a gambeler!!

Now something to think on, Verin I think knows more of the propheciecs than any other person, with the exception of maybe Moridan/Ishmael.  I have always thought Verin had read some part of the prophecy that named Mat as the gambler,  we all know that Mat and Perrin are in the prophcies, but not sure how often.

But your theroy is as good as any!!

Were'nt they searching for something to help the weather in that book? I never thought twice on the first jump being in the tower,  I just always assumeed they had some other Ter'Angreal in the tower that could also fix the weather. And they certianly could not get anything in the tower at that time, so the jump took them someplace that they could get to.
