I usually like the dubbed version of the anime I own, mostly because the japanese voices are often times very annoying. As for the general anime such as pokemon and Dbz, I wouldn't consider those as much as anime as I would other shows. However I think that most of the anime now being produced is complete shit. I mean, the use of computers as made anime very simplistic looking. I prefer anything from the 90's. Even the new gundam(SEED) looked horrible because of it's crappy animation.

Wow, it's when you're on a board talking to people that might actually know what you're talking about, that makes all those years of watching anime all the more satisfying. Anime you should watch: Evangelion, Lodoss War, Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Fullmetal Alchemist, Giant Robo, Miyazaki's work(all of it(even Totoro)), Macross Plus, Cowboy Beebop, one episode DBZ, and of course... (not Inuyasha (I'm a hater))... Grave of the Fireflies. The saddest movie ever.

Are all of the WoT books as slow as the first three????

I see what you are all saying. The end of each book is worth the 500 pages of walking (it isn't rising action... it's just walking). I'll probably go the distance but I just wanted to make sure that I knew what to expect. Plus, I have to see what happens to Perrin. He's my fav! Thanks for all the replies!!! PS- Fast food can be good too. -
I just finished the first 3 books in the series and I was wondering if they are all as slow as the first three. And also, if the rest of the books continue on having this formula of walking for 500 pages and then having the giant climax. I know this sounds kinda mean, but I don't want to read the books if they are all like the first three so can you save me the suspense. Thanks a bunch.
