Would Gawyn not know that Demandred was good at war and the things associated with it  well i think that is pretty unlikely.

ps. your critic at BS are in some points ( although on a smaller scale ) shared with me - so it is a plea to some creativity and not just complaints

Egwene was one of my favourite character - but  I liked that she died and in the way that she did it , revenging her dead husband ( who by the way is a fool of such immense proportion that i am speechless and "deserves" death)., also showing some will to sacrifice herself 

but yes her appears at the field at Merrilor was just wired . In her captivity she is telling Elaida out for not thinking on the POD and gives many reasons for this , when Morgiene confronts her with the same arguments she is like " oh my god that i have´t thought about" - so yes ,  bad  character handling there.

I feelt satestfied .

I reely liked all the Demandread scens wow, not to speak of all the general awesomeness of most at the thing from chapter 39 . The rest ( proluge - chapter 38 good but not awsome) . Sad now beacuse it will be no more books :(

The one that spring in to my mind first is when Birgtte and Mat is t´discussing the tower of ghenji in a tavern:

2001 a space odyssey . Yes i know that you have to read the book to understand but... I and my sister watch it , in the end we where laughing hysterical at the boringness , it was to much.

I cant honestly say that i think Perrin is the most interesting and grand character of all in the series BUT i don't think he is dumb/idiot/badly written character that many thinks he is . The lousy performance he did under the Shaido chase he well redeems after.
