With two weeks to go until the premiere of the second season, we can share Dragonmount’s interview with the cast of the Wheel of Time Season two!

 

Kathy Campbell was lucky enough to get five minutes to chat with Madeleine Madden and Daniel Henney, and then Marcus Rutherford, Dónal Finn, and Ceara Coveney. The cast reveals what they are most excited (and nervous) for book fans to see in Season Two! 

 

The interviews occurred in June 2023, before the SAG-AFTRA strike began.

The second season of The Wheel of Time will be released on September 1st. We cannot wait to see our favorite characters on screen again!

Just discovered Dragonmount and am excited to follow the Wheel of Time as it continues into season three on Amazon Prime...whenever that might be ready! I had the pleasure of purchasing and reading the 14 books long before this production began and am quite happy with the series to date, despite the obvious and necessary compression of Robert Jordan text into film that takes places in the process. Good luck with the filming now that the strike is over! Cheers!

I mistakenly stated earlier that the WOT books numbered 14 but didn't take into account the prequel that as published later on! In other words, there were 15 total books! Shame on me, but it was an innocent error!
