Hi, just saying hello - new to this board. I've been reading WoT since I was a junior in high school (which was eons ago)...my enthusiasm for the series ebbed and waned over the years, but I kept on reading. Can't believe we have finally gotten to the end. Nice to see that some characters have FINALLY accepted their changed roles. I think at one point I almost abandoned the series because they characters were so annoyingly unchangeable! Things have definitely gotten interesting again though. Almost finished reading ToM...I will be interested to read about everyone's thoughts on it.

 

What a long journey this has been with this series!

Welcome to DM Lanfear! Glad to see you find your way on here. Like you, I started the series way back in junior high (almost ten years ago for me now eep!), and haven't had the time to do a reread so I can recall everything that's going on to read the newest books!

 

Nevertheless, DM has become a good home to me and the people here are okay if I don't remember every last detail of the book! I'm Jea, by the way, second in command of the Band of the Red Hand social org and a Brown Sitter for the White Tower social org, both of which are great places that you should definitely check out!
