Let's assume that the DO is defeated....

Rand is dead , the land is devastated , most of his troops dead , the White Tower is broken , Ashaman free .

Even if Rand is alive , there is no need for the Dragon Reborn anymore (DO exists no more).

So , as I see it ,everyone (and I mean everyone )  jumps to eachother's throat trying to seize as much as possible .

The outcome? I vote from Seanchan . I guess their loses will be fewer (sinced the major battle will be at Randland ) , they have thousands of war trained channelers  ,fleet , fight under centralized commmand and of course they have Mat ( it wont take long to persuade him that they will bring order to chaos and end war and suffering I guess) .

Yes , I think a new Empire will rise.....
