Who Would Have the Most Unexpected Halloween Costume: Rand, Mat, Perrin, or Egwene?

If Rand, Mat, Perrin, and Egwene had to celebrate Halloween, I think their costume choices would be completely different from what we might expect from them. Rand would probably surprise everyone by choosing something simple and almost ordinary. After everything he goes through, I can imagine him wanting one night where nobody expects him to be the Dragon Reborn.

 

Mat would probably make the most entertaining choice. He might arrive in something ridiculous, clever, or completely unexpected just to get a reaction from everyone else. I could easily see him pretending that the costume was random when he had actually planned every detail.

Perrin feels like the quiet wildcard to me. He may not care much about dressing up, but if he did choose a costume, I imagine something practical with a darker, rugged feel. A simple outfit with Halloween themed jackets could actually fit his character without making the costume look too forced.

Egwene is probably the one who could surprise everyone with something much more creative. Instead of choosing an obvious character, she might create a look inspired by old legends, mysterious symbols, or something completely unexpected.

 

Personally, I think Mat would have the biggest surprise, but I’m curious what everyone else thinks. Who would choose the strangest Halloween costume, and what would you dress each of them as?

That is an interesting question, lol.

 

I have a difficult time seeing those from the Two Rivers taking part in a US-style Halloween celebration. Far too immodest. And in Scotland where it all began, they would probably think the guisers were worshiping the Dark One 🙂

 

Well, maybe Mat would be up for it, perhaps.
