Welcome to Episode 43!

Join 4th Age podcasters Andrew and Virginia as they discuss some of the most fascinating characters in the Wheel of Time series, the backbone of Seanchan Imperial power, the Suldam and Damane. We discuss the Seanchan and their most fearsome weapon and how they relate to the main characters in the book, as well as how we think they will affect events in the Last Book.

As an added bonus, Andrew Gelos did a little research and found the song that Robert Jordan had in mind for the song Dance with Jak o'the Shadows, which often figures prominently in the sections about Mat and the Band of the Red Hand. A sample is included in this podcast. Dovie'andi se tovya sagain

Spoiler warning - as usual on the 4th Age podcast, we discuss ALL eleven main books in the series as well as the prequel New Spring, so if you haven’t finished your first trip through the Wheel of Time, you may want to come back to this podcast later

Special thanks to our new editors, David, who did a wonderful job with this episode and one yet to be released, and Ian, who has done splendid work on several podcasts including on Objects of the Power part 1 and is working hard on part 2. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
