About the AuthorEric Stiller, a professional kayak instructor and fitness trainer, founded the Manhattan Kayak Company in New York City. Eric has trained US Navy SEALs and has been profiled in publications like New York magazine and The New York Times. He has made numerous television appearances on shows like The Today Show, Good Morning America, and PBS's Trailside. He is the author of Keep Australia on Your Left: A True Story of an Attempt to Circumnavigate Australia by Kayak. When not kayaking, Eric can be found in Montvale, NJ.
