  1. Jagg Wlaked behind the Aes Sedai and adventully cought up next to her. He was nervous being this close to one, but he didn't show it.

"I am going to need your help. There is an apothecary in town, and I need you to ask her for some medicine for colds, sneezing, coughing, and anything like that." The Aes Sedia said to him.

Jagg was about to ask her why she didn't go to a healer. She silenced him with a hand. She said she had her own reasons. Wow these Aes Sedai were very strange, he thought.

Jagg nodded so she knew he would do it. He was nerovuse still about what his mentor would do to him now that he had disobayed his orders.

"What's your name, and who is your mentor?" the Aes Sedai ased unexpectedly breaking the silence.

"Umm, My name is Jagg and my mentor is Corwin. I hope he doesn't get mad at me for helping you out to day Aes Sedai." Jagg responded nervously.

Jagg was shy and tended to be nervous with any person. Some times Aes Sedai made his nervousness worse.

  2. Jagg was still not great with his blade and this was why he was pracicing. Jagg was in his own world until a lady had sdenly countered his sword form and made Jaggs blade useless.

"Hello there, think you can help a lady out?" the Lady asked him.

Jagg Looked up at the lady and saw her face. She had to be an Aes Sedai, the cool expression on her face showed it. She was in some sort of pain. The question went through his head, would he help her or follow his mentors orders. The Aes Sedai's punisment for not helping her would be worse than what his mentor would give him.

" I will help you m'lady, what do you require?" Jagg asked.Jagg was to nervous to give a name to the lady.

Jagg sheathed his sword and bowed to the lady. Jagg knew his mentor would be mad at the fact he wasn't doing his orders, but the Aes Sedai would not take a "no" lightly. Better to play it safe for the moment.

Jagg straightend up agein and kept his gaze dwon from the aes sedais face.

  4. Jagg Walked out into the practice yards early in the morning he was to practice his sword forms today on his mentors orders. Jagg found a small area that would be good for his practicing.

Jagg Pulled his claymore out off his sheath across his back. He focused his mind and set to work on his sword forms.

Jagg started off by going through the movements. Slashing then pulling up to a parry then going out into a thrust. Jagg then began the advance and retreat. After Jagg had done this a few times He then started on his sword forms.

He sheathed his sword and went into Leopard in a Tree then did Unfolding the Fan and his sword unseathed. He then went into Lion on a Hill he then executed the Arch of the Moon and then went into Parting the Silk. Jagg went back into a defense postion and Started with more forms.

Jagg went into The Kingfisher Takes a Silverback. He pivoted and did the Arch of The Moon again. Jagg began the Heron Wading in the Rushes. Jagg did every beginner sword form and restarted. He was anxious to get on with intermediet sword froms, but Corwin said he wasn't ready yet.

Jagg practiced and continued practicing over and over. When the task became dull Jagg would focus his mind on The Spring. Jagg didn't want to get his mentor angry so followed his orders. Lets hope ntohing keeps me from this today. Jagg thought.

  5. Jagg nodded to his mentor. He didn't mind silnce since he never talked, but that was that. Standing up Jagg gave a small bow and left. His mentor was strange, but Jagg had all ready developed a likeing to him.

Jagg did as he was told. he didn't like getting in trouble and that was his weakness. He set to work with his sword forms.

OOC: ok I'll find the AS and tell you.

  6. Jagg awaited this mans reply with some nervousness. It was definently strange to be confronted by a strange man who gave no name. Jagg stood he was shorter than the man so he still had to look up to see his face. Then it clicked in his mind, this man was his mentor.

"You must be Corwin." Jagg said to the man.

OOC: i fixed the post above, lets hope I get it right.

  7. THis was definently odd, this was stumping Jagg in the most frusterating way. Hmm, he knew he was just part of the wheel. What in the world was this qestion about. Who was he, it made no sense in Jaggs head.

He would not give up though, he needed to figure this out. With a small sigh Jagg set his mind to work agein.

"Who am I." Jagg thought out load, he didn't even notice he was speaking he was to caught up in thought.

"or is it what am I." He thought aloud again. "If its what am then I am just part of the pattern, a mere thread. If its who am I then I am again just a person."

Jagg was to wound up in thought to notice he was speaking, he liked puzzles and riddles, but this was driving hm mad and he was determind to find its answer. A few hours had past and jagg was thinking the question over and over in his mind. This would drive him mad.

Then it came to him. He was him self. Jagg had thought to hard to notice what he was. Jagg was grinning the first time he had done that since well along time ago.

"Am I my self?" Jagg asked.

    OOC: Ithink i have it

  8. As a man swung down from a branch Jagg face spilt into a look of surprise.

"Who are you" the man asked Jagg.

Strange, definitely strange. probably a test.

"Sir, I am a new trainee in search of my mentor." Jagg answered, best to say no names right now.

The breeze swept through the woods and the piece of paper floated back through the woods and landed on the ground at Jaggs feet face up. Jagg looked at the man nervously, the description Jagg was given matched this mans face.

Jagg looked back down at the paper at his feet he picked it back up and reread it. all it said was Jagg Dierous is assigned as a mentee to Corwin Narshoba.

" His name is Corwin do you know ere I can find him?" Jagg asked.

  9. ----Jagg Walked into the warders yards about midweek and at an hour after midday. He saw the bustling crowds of the people in the city of Tar Valon suddenly disappear when the gates of the yards close. Jagg blinked and he felt like he was walking into another reality. Guards where training in practice areas and people he presumed to be warders were talking amongst them selves. He suddenly felt small and unnoticed. Jagg was probably just another kid walking in to the yards looking for training.

----The yards were definitely crowded so Jagg had to find away to navigate the crowds. Twice he was pushed aside by a group of people. Jagg managed to get through and immediately got out of the road and stood by a tree.

----This place was far different from what he had read in books and heard from travelers. He Had a fear of large crowds and he had run right into one. This was going to be very interesting for Jagg. He was not talkative and kept to him self and his books when available. He also hated being in areas of large groups of people, but he would need to fix that or else he knew he wouldnt make it here.

----Jagg remembered talking to guard at the city gates. The guard had asked him where he was headed and when Jagg told him the guard sent a runner to some they called the Mistress of Trainees. The runner returned a short while later with a slip of paper. On the paper a short greeting was written and the name of his mentor it was a tower guard by the name of Corwin. Jagg had set off in search of this Corwin. So now he was standing by a tree looking, what good would this do him.

----Jagg Set off again this time on his way to the woods. Jagg hoped he could calm himself down before looking again. With any luck he would run into him in the woods. When Jagg walked through the forest for about ten minuets then came to a halt beside a great oak tree. He sat down at the base of the tree and stared in to the woods. Was it a mistake to come here? Jagg thought. He took out the slip of paper and stared at it wished this Corwin would somehow suddenly appear. A strong gust of wind blew the paper from his hands and sent it fluttering further into the Forrest. What was he going to do now.

  10. hehe I forgot to add why. What silhouette said was what I had in mind so I'll Through that in. THe fixed part is underlind so you don't have to search.

    Weight: 130

Brief History: Jagg awoke when the light pierced through the curtains and into his face. With a sigh Jagg opened his eyes and let them adjust to the light. Throwing off his blanket Jagg got dressed in a brown coat, white shirt, brown pants and his boots. He was going to be sixteen in three days and he wanted to get out of Baerlon and explore the rest of Randland. Jagg knew his parents would never allow him to leave though. They kept a shop that sold furniture and they needed him to much to let him go.

Jagg walked down from his room and out the back door. Looking around Jagg quickly ran into the small shed out back of the house. Once in side the shed he knelt down and pulled out his quarter staff from under a floor board. Jaggs father didnt want Jagg have weapons since he feared he would run and join an army. So Jagg had hide his trust worthy staff under the floor of the shed.

Leaving the shed Jagg headed off into the woods to practice. Today was his day off so Jagg didnt need to worry about being caught. He wasnt very good with the staff and he was a much better swordsman, but he couldnt get one with out his father finding out. Jagg had actually made a practice sword awhile back and hid that in the woods where he usually practiced. He added weight to make it seem really and liked its feel better than his staff. He had also felt more comfortable with thesword than the staff.

Jagg wasnt a bad person on the contrary he was quite and liked to read. He didnt have many friends because he was very shy and often got nervous when in large groups of people. Jagg was very knowledge in history and enjoyed looking at maps of the ancient battles. Jagg shook his head and focused on his practice.

He swung his staff in a small arc and slammed it into a small tree. Jagg twisted his body around and swung the staff into another tree. He practiced like this for a few hours and then stopped. Jaggs mind had been working while he had practiced and he never knew it had been. He had formulated a plan to get away from his boring life and go on an adventure.

Jagg snuck back into his room and pack his clothing in his travel sack. Once he finished that he wrote a letter to his parents explaining why he had gone. Jagg jumped from the window of his room and onto the shed roof, he climbed down from the roof and set off into the woods.

Jagg had decided on his destination a month back. He had been on the road for over two months Jagg was now itching to reach a grand city. Tar Valon was Jaggs destination he hoped to become a tower guard or even in the future a warder.

He had kept on and had passed through the gates of the city a little more than a week later. Walking into the yard mid week and about noon. The place was busy and crowded with tower guards, warders, and a variety of other people. Jagg knew this was going to be difficult.
