I absolutely loved Season 1 and can't wait for several more seasons to appear!  it certainly is bringing spice to an Amazon Video that I frankly was thinking of cancelling.  Well done -- no way I can cancel now!

As far as Matt goes, I thought the current actor is highly unlikeable - dirty, greasy, kind of false, lazy -- they really hit aspects of Matt but completely missed the mark on his charm, his fun-lovingness, his deep love for Rand, and the never-ending dice rolling around in his head!  In my mind Matt could take over the entertainment in the tavern and have the place exploding in gamesmanship and laughter ... not the case in what we saw here.   I'm happy to see him go and hope they get someone with better looking hygiene/charisma and they emphasize his loyalty to Rand over Matt's less honorable features.
