So, after a long of searching, I found this solution on Google today. Now it is very easy to change the profile picture of the Steam account I think.

Hello everyone. How are you? This s my first post in this forum. And I don't know this is the right place or not to post this. But I hope I will get a better suggestion from you. I am playing "The Wheel Of Time" on Steam. it's a great game for me, hopefully, others also. But my problem is little different types. I am suffering from an issue with my Steam. Because I am unable to change the Profile picture of my Steam account.  Can anyone tell me why this is happening? If any solution for this please share me.
