  1. Hello! New but old member here. I rather need some help tbh. I was active some years back, and then life got in the way and I left for some time, but now I'm back and would like to go back into the thick of things again.

The problem is, I created another account because I couldn't access this one. Then I did manage to access it after some months, so now I'm not sure what to do. I read we're not allowed multiple handles and can have the accounts merged instead? I'd really appreciate if someone helped with that as I rather like my new handle name better than this one, though I'd still like to retain the old account. I've been told I need to update my email as well. Thanks in advance and looking forward to dive into the world of WOT again! My new account name is 'DarkSister'.

  2. That woman was born in Far Madding in a thunderstorm. She probably told the thunder to be quiet. It probably did!

(I can't remember the name of the man who said it but know he was describing Lini)

Whenever a woman acts like a fool, look for the man responsible.

    (Elayne quoting Lini)

Can't think of any oters right now. . .

  3. Aaand thinking of others. . . AHA! “Offer to help a woman and the next thing you know she has you scaling a sheer cliff in the middle of the night to break fifty people out of a dungeon by yourself“ (obviously Mat) And when Bashere said to Rand “half the faces in the room belong to men who would hold their tongues if the saw a fellow behind you with a knife. The other half to men who‘d try to hold your attention. That is if the hadn‘t paid the man in the first place.“ And Basel Gill‘s description of Lini-“that woman was born in far madding in a thunderstorm. She probably told the thunder to be quiet. It probably did.“

  4. “Whenever a woman is wrong she finds so many ways to blame it on the nearest man,the poor fellow winds up thinking maybe he really is at fault“ . “Its one of the things men are for, taking the blame. They usually deserve it even if you dont know exactly how“ Min‘s first impression of cadsuane as “the woman had eyes that seemed to know things about you yhat you yourself had forgotten“
