That's true, but how exactly do you make someone look agless on TV? Although I don't know much about filming, it may actually be really easy, but I don't feel like it's too important. I think that the change to the rings irked me more.

I liked the show overall. There were a lot of changes, but the show is never going to be the same as the book. They can't possibly do that. It has to be condensed into a shorter time, and also, there is way to much inner thoughts of the characters that they just can't show on the screen. I was expecting it to be awful, if I'm being honest. I couldn't think how it could possibly live up to the books. I don't know that it does, but it is still really good and I think that that is because it doesn't try to imitate the story exactly, because if it did it would get so many things wrong. There are people who are saying it's trash because it's a completely different story, but it's not completely different. It was never ment to be a carbon copy of the books. They would never be able to do that. It is just an adaptation.
