Alright. I'm re-reading the fool books for the second time, and while reading I came across something that has annoyed me before, and continues to do so. I'm sure everyone is acquainted with Lini, and her "brilliant" sayings. Now is it just me or are her sayings kind of...uhh foolish... weak.. bad?
Here's an example: "Dragging feet never finish a journey."
Now, I don't find anything brilliant about this... do you? O.o It's the equivalence of me saying "Attacking a bear gets you killed."
Of course, there are many more of these "sayings" that if not surrounded by quotation marks, would just be ordinary sentences.
