@jack of shadows I agree with you about Nynaeve's relationship with Rand. That change is one of my favorite themes in the later books. Although I would have to disagree that she is his only friend outside of Mat, Perrin, Elayne, Min, and Aviendha. I would say Loial, and Lan would qualify as friends.

The quotes on Rand's pics are both disappointing. "Duty is heavy as a mountain, death is light as a feather." would be more fitting, or a quote from VOG perhaps. I suppose that is what photoshop is for.

I have come to enjoy both Nynaeve and Egwene more each time I do a reread. It also helps that both women really hit their respective strides in the later books.
