I'll have to read LoC again (on about my sixth full re-read and I'm just into Fires of Heaven), but a quick google suggests that one of Irgain Fatamed's warders died on the spot when Rand stilled her during his escape, and another went beserk in the killing rage more commonly alluded to in other cases (Gareth Bryne as an example, and only the Compulsion inherent in the bond-passing that Moiraine had set up on Lan's bond transfer to Myrelle stopped Lan from similar IIRC). Martine Janata's warder died where he stood in the aftermath of her being burned out during study of Ter'angreal.
