Tuon's Ethnicity? in Wheel of Time Books Posted April 6, 2010 A always imagined Rhavin and the Sea Folk as rather deeply tanned, almost like hispanic coloring, but never black. I don't know if you guys are right, but this late in the game, I doubt I'll be changing my mental image.
