Aiel Policy & Mission Statement

 

Mission Statement

 

To accurately portray (to the best of our abilities) the inscrutable, multi-dimensional, intriguing culture of the Aiel from Robert Jordan’s books. To establish debates on a variety of topics out of character and promote a “family†like atmosphere amongst our members.

WS Policy

 

WS 10: Completion of “How to be an Aiel†and “Ji e toh†classes.

WS 11: Completion of Society specific 10 post warrior training classes.

WS 12: Completion of Society Initiation.

 

The following bonuses are one time only:

 

+2 WS: Bonus for organizing and completing an interdivisional rp involving 4 or more PC’s.

 

+1 WS: Bonus for organizing and completing an Aiel only rp involving 5 or more PC’s.

 

Society Leaders’s are awarded a WS of 17 when named and are only eligible for one of the above bonus’.

 

Clan Chief’s are awarded a WS of 20 when voted into office. Only one WS of 20 is allowed per division.

 

Staff Assignment*

 

Assistant DL – chosen by the DL.

SL’s – chosen by the DL in conjunction with the Asst DL.

SL 2nd’s – chosen by the SL of each Society.

Head Wise One- chosen by the Hold at large during an anonymous annual vote**.

Clan Chief - chosen by the Hold at large during an anonymous annual vote**.

 

* Any Titled Staff who is LOA (Un-excused) for more than three months forfeits their Titled Status.

 

** Voting to be held in the month of July annually. Neither the Clan Chief nor the Head Wise One may hold the position for more than two years.

Bio Checker

Mentor Assignment and Tracking (for OOC classes and warrior training if necessary.)

Aiel only RP tracking (not approval, just perusal to ensure Aiel standards of conduct are met).

 

SL’s

Classes/Initiation Outline Society specific.

Monthly Report of Societies activities.

Primary trainer of warriors seeking the Society.

SL 2nd’s - same as above when SL’s are LOA or delegating (including NPCing said SL for ongoing training).

 

 

Head Wise One

Training of all Apprentices

Participation in a Major Timeline RP at least once a year.

Participation in an Aiel only rp at least eight ( times a year (including training rp’s).

 

Clan Chief

Participation in a Major Timeline RP at least once a year.

Participation in an Aiel only rp at least eight ( times a year (including training rp’s).
