These are great. The first one actually feels more like how I imagine Moiraine looking though.
Also, while I love all of these, none of them capture the "evil" side of Lanfear very well for me. She is exotically beautiful, but with a tinge of psychotic that only a very naive shepherd wouldn't recognize.

Thanks Dragonmount, for being so awesome! Hurin.

OH, haha! I should've fully read the post before commenting ;) She already said that.

What amazes me is that even though many of us give D.K.S a bad wrap, how his Mat from tFoH is still the iconic Mat that we all use to base our Cosplay and fan art on.

Man, I wish these would come out faster!

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. Wish I lived in the UK!

Cool idea guys! Keep up the good work!

Awesome job guys!

I think Sweet got worse over the years, but he still deserves an award for his outstanding work and career. Whether or not we like his art on the Wheel of Time books (I like maybe 2 or 3 of the covers) he has done a lot for this series and for the fantasy genre as a whole.
Still, the e-book cover art should get more awards!

I feel like Forsaken fan art is always better than fan art of the "heroes."
This is a great one!

This is great! Thanks for the report! I love the thoughtfulness of the OP.

Thanks as always for these!

Haha. This is cheesy but funny. It would be cool to mess around with some actual visual effects and try to re-create the look of some weaves.

I really gotta start saving up for next year's JordanCon! I'm actually happy that there will be one more before the final book release!!

Honestly, this is great, but I really don't like their designs much. I wish that the company that officially does BWS's fan shirts and hoodies and merchandise (Inkwing.com) would get the rights to do this too. I absolutely loved the shirts they made and gave away last year at the midnight release party of ToM; but they said they were not given permission to sell any of them, just give them away for free. Too bad.

Good stuff. It's interesting to me that I feel like that third one could be either Taim or Logain. For some reason, in my mind, they look almost identical. I know they don't but that's how I imagine it.

Agree with necrosage2005. Shirtless/sleeveless to show off his NHW and his tatoos.

I've been meaning to pick up The Name of The Wind, but this "review" sealed the deal for me.
Thanks Luckers!

Agree with Alysha, I bought WH months ago for cheaper through audible with no trouble.
Honestly, to me, the big news is that Dragonmount has video news now, not that WH is available on audio book. I'm very excited to see more of these!

Exciting! Man! I wish I could go to the last JordanCon before the final book comes out!

Thanks again! Love these!

Haha, it is interesting that Mat didn't become the "iconic" Mat we all know visually until much later in the series.
What's interesting to me is how we all tend to really hate Daryl K. Sweets covers, and yet the way he portrays Mat on the cover of tFoH is how we almost ALWAYS seem to portray him in our fan art. Nothing wrong with that, just an interesting observation.
Thanks again for these lovely posts!
